TCJ Sublimation aims to provide clear and reliable information regarding the dispatch and delivery of your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Production Time

All products are custom printed to order and are not held as pre-made stock. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Production times may be extended during peak periods, which will be communicated where possible.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Total time from order placement to delivery is generally production time plus delivery time (approximately 6–12 business days in total).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable flat rate or free shipping thresholds will be displayed prior to payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to amend it before dispatch.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we take care to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur with our shipping carriers and are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at tcjsublimation@gmail.com and we will assist in locating your parcel or lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
